|2. Shipping Policy|
Shipping and Processing
Most orders received before 2:00 PM CST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM CST will ship the next business day. If you need an order to be shipped the same day, and it is after 2:00 PM you, can call in your order and check to see if it can still be shipped the same day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
All accessory (non-boat) items are shipped via UPS or USPS
Orders shipped using the U.S. Postal Service are not traceable, and in the case of a lost package it will take longer to resolve than UPS.
Priority Air Mail is used for all USPS shipments.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, sorry for any inconvenience.
|3. Out of Stock Policy|
|Out-of-Stock Products We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 2:00 PM CST , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed via email and or telephone of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.|

|5. Group Discount|
|Rental Reservation Discount Hayward Outfitters offers a $10 rental reservation discount of 6 (six) or more canoes and kayaks, reserved in any combination, for the same, single Hayward Outfitters Namekagon River Trip. The $10 discount per boat is offered once a deposit of $10 is paid for each boat being reserved. When the group arrives and less than the 6 (six) boats are rented and paid for, the discount is disallowed and the deposit is retained up to the total amount of the original rental reservation cost. If 6 or more are paid for at the time or rental, the deposit is then refunded through rental discount. Rental Discount Hayward Outfitters offers a $10 rental discount of 6 (six) or more canoes and kayaks, rented in any combination, for the same, single Hayward Outfitters Namekagon River Trip. This Rental Discount is for walk-in rentals paid for at the time of rental, and only applies for 6 (six) or more boats rented for the same trip.|
